Gail is one of the founding members and Co-Director of the International Center of Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), an adjunct faculty member at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada and a sessional lecturer at Oxford University, England.
Over the past 30 years, Gail has worked closely with Dr Sue Johnson, creator of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), chairing the ICEEFT Education Committee and is responsible for mentoring and training EFT trainers internationally.
Gail is an experienced supervisor in EFT and specifically for the past decade, she has been one of the lead EFT trainers developing and expanding on the EFFT method, bringing the powerful interventions and skills of this model to the family therapy room.

Jeff has cultivated Schema Therapy in his practice for 17 years, he has been a Schema Therapy trainer and supervisor since the inception of the ISST, of which he is a Founding Member. He is also a founding member of the New York Center for Emotion Focused Therapy and has deep understanding of Object Relations theory, and group psychotherapy.

Offer Maurer PhD is a clinical psychologist, the director of The New Wave in Psychotherapy Program at the Hertzeliya Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel and the co-founder/co-director of the Israeli Institute for Schema Therapy. He is the Former chairperson of the Israeli Forum for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. Dr. Maurer is a guest lecturer at various international programs on LGBT and sexuality issues, Schema Therapy and psychotherapy integration. He is the founding director of the ‘Gay-Friendly Therapists Team’ (2001), the first gay-friendly psychotherapy institute in Israel. Based in London and in Lisbon he offers Schema-Therapy-informed Life Coaching for individuals and groups.
